Label prints blank on a printer without the stored format

This label depends on R:LOGO.GRF already being stored on the printer. On a printer that does not have it — a new unit, a second site, or after a memory wipe — the label prints without it.

Download the object in the stream, or document it as a printer provisioning step.

^XG, ^IM or ^IL naming an object on R:, E:, B: or A: with no ~DY, ~DG or ^DF defining that object earlier in the same stream.

Neither ^PW nor ^LL is set. Both fall back to a value stored in the individual printer, not to a value in the spec — so the same ZPL prints differently on two printers of the same model.

Set ^PW and ^LL explicitly in every format.

No ZPL barcode command on this label. If the barcode is inside the image, Labelproof cannot check it — and an image barcode is fixed at the resolution it was generated for, so it will not survive a change of printhead.

Draw the barcode with a ^B command so the printer renders it at native resolution.

Turns 'we found nothing' — the worst possible first experience — into a specific, teachable finding, and flags a genuinely fragile pattern.
